The owner of the company, Dana M. Pilla, is a Spanish/English translator and interpreter from New Jersey, USA. She has a Master's Degree in Spanish, with specialization in translation studies, from Rutgers University. She also has a Master's Degree in Education and teaches Spanish language in public schools.

Dana specializes in informative texts, educational issues, literary works, medical/health related publications, law enforcement, and legal contracts.
